My digestive system is still not back to normal. I sure wish I could get this moving in the right direction. I am also very tired today. I think that a major activity, like biking or mowing the lawn requires two days of rest afterwards.
Comments: I think that I fixed the setting that requires login for leaving comments. I was wondering if there was anyone out there? Please give it a try and let me know if it works.

Norm,
ReplyDeleteHere's a test comment.
I think that the fatigue will be with you for a lot longer than you want. Days with lots of energy will be followed by a day of being tired.
What is the the 'Profile' that you are required to select??
I chose "Google" and it made me sign in with my google info.
Hi Norm-
ReplyDeleteI'm sure folks are "out there", but it's a challenge to comment. I had to reregister my Google account in order to post this message. As you can see, the "system" has assigned me a strange name, but I cannot change it.
I had major digestive issues after my hysterectomy in 1992 and a friend told me to just eat baked potatoes for a few days. I did, and I got better. Of course, maybe it was just time to get better anyway. But baked potatoes can't hurt you!
Feel better soon, so you don't have to see the face of Dick Cheney!!
Blessings,
Lois & Bernie
Lois,
ReplyDeleteI thought that I made it so that people did not have to sign in to comment. I have been mostly using the BRAT (Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast), but not real strict. Maybe I should try baked potatoes. I think if I could eat better, I would have more strength.
Thanks, Norm

ReplyDeleteDoug, seems you are correct about the fatigue. One good day, two rest days.
Norm
Finally! Great job on the log Norm - I felt like I was there the entire time. I was wondering if I should take an IV to Texas ;-)
ReplyDeleteGlad to see that you're back home & progressing with your recovery. Sounds like it'll take a few more days until you're completely back to "Norm"al ;-)
We're still unpacking after our all-day return yesterday. Texas cycling is great and the wildflowers are beautiful.
BTW, I used the Name/URL option to post and didn't have to log in - no accounts anyway. All worked perfectly.
ReplyDeleteDad--I have tried to leave comments but it wanted all sorts of info I did not have! Will try this again!
ReplyDeleteLove ya--Annmarie
